What is the standard OEM minimum order quantity?+
Some standard-pack sauce OEM projects use 200 cartons per item as a quotation starting point. The applicable MOQ depends on the product, formula and pack; kimchi, bulk packs and frozen products have separate conditions. Confirm the SKU scope in your quotation. Trials are assessed separately.
Is private label priced differently from the factory brand?+
The product price is normally assessed on the same commercial basis. Final cost depends on formula, pack, label, packaging materials, quantity and any new tooling or design requirements.
Can Deesheng help create a formula from a reference product?+
Yes. A reference brand, target ingredient direction or detailed flavor brief can be used to start development. The more precise the benchmark, the faster sample rounds can be evaluated.
How long does production take?+
For selected confirmed standard sauce formulas and packs, about 14 days after label approval and payment confirmation may be used as a planning estimate. Confirm the actual schedule in your order. Custom formulas, packaging, kimchi and frozen products require separate scheduling.
Can several products be mixed in one container?+
Yes. Mixed-product container planning can be discussed, subject to the MOQ, carton dimensions, weight, storage temperature and production availability of each item.
